Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Kuwait (Domestic Shipping):
- Free shipping on all orders over 30 KWD
- Standard Shipping: 2 KWD (1-3 business days) for orders under 15 KWD
- Express Shipping: 3.5 KWD (next-day delivery in Kuwait City)
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman):
- Free shipping on orders over 45 KWD
- Standard Shipping: 5 KWD (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping: 9 KWD (1-2 business days)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10 KWD (7-14 business days)
- Express International: 18 KWD (3-5 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over 60 KWD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Delays While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays.
Care for Your Items All Aureva pieces, including our handcrafted embroidered abayas and designer sets, are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
